Een fris en inspirerend huis. Na alle lijstjes van de afgelopen hebben we hier weer even een lekkere binnen 'kijkert'. Deze 'vond' ik op de site van het Deense Bolig Magasinet. Het is een heerlijk fris en inspirerend huis vol met onverwachte settings. Wat te denken van bijvoorbeeld de toepassing van die leuke Dot kapstok 'haken' van Muuto als kast-knopje of aan het hoofdeinde van het bed? Wat een super effect geeft dat! It is a delightfully fresh and inspiring house full of unexpected settings. What to think, for example, of the application with those cute Dot 'hooks' of Muuto as cabinet-button or on the head of the bed? Waar oud en nieuw elkaar ontmoeten. Even weer tijd voor een heerlijke binnenkijker. Deze kwam ik tegen in het Deense tijdschrift BoBedre. Het is een schitterend huis gerenoveerd door Mette Rokkedal en haar man op Jutland, Denemarken. In de tijd dat ze het kochten was het flink aangetast. Zo zaten er verlaagde plafonds in en talloze deuren en kleine ramen. Alles is flink op de schop genomen, wat nu resulteert in een aangenaam familie huis waar oud en nieuw een heerlijke sfeer creëren.
It's time for a lovely peek at someones interior. This one I saw in the Danish magazine BoBedre. It is a beautiful house renovated by Mette Rokkedal and her husband., on Jutland, Denmark. In the time that they bought it, it was badly damaged. There were suspended ceilings and numerous doors and small windows. Het Zweedse merk Serholt heeft weer lekker uitgepakt. Net als in de mode gaan ook zij voor zwart / wit in combinatie met veel grafische prints. Leuk zijn de mokken met een liefdesboodschap. Zo maak je je geliefde helemaal blij met een lekker ontbijtje!

Über-hip interieur in Noorwegen. In het Noorse blad KK kwam ik deze fantastische reportage tegen. Het is een Scandinavisch interieur die helemaal de sfeer van 2013 uitstraalt. De trends die me meteen opvielen waren de glanzend gouden accessoires, de grafische zwart/wit stillevens en de fluor accenten om het geheel af te maken! Kleurpalet Kleurpalet: Winter wonen in Noorwegen. In de zomer ziet alles er natuurlijk een stuk groener eruit. Maar nu met het bijna zwart/witte landschap buiten wordt de combinatie met de felle accenten helemaal fantastisch. In een dominerend 'natuurlijk' interieur, met alleen grijs, wit en hout, worden fluor accenten aangebracht middels de accessoires.
Color Palette: Winter living in Norway. In the summer of course everything looks a lot greener. But now with the almost black / white landscape outside the combination with bright accents is just fantastic. In a dominating 'natural' interior, with only gray, white and wood, neon accents are brought in by the accessories. This house was too nice to skip just because they used exclusively Dutch design... Hidden in the Norwegian landscape, the Dutch architect Bjarne Mastenbroek has designed an as energy-efficient and environmentally friendly house as possible. And how appropriate with the amount of snow that now lies outside! A nice cosy winter house, or uhm...hole!

Color Palette: Danish interior. A crisp white Danish interior. Mostly i know I enough instantly. Think design. Think white lacquered wooden floors. Think space... But do not forget the warmth and comfort!
Helder wit ge-mixed met design. O.k. O.k. De pepernoten vliegen ons om de oren en ook de eerste kerstballen liggen al lang en breed weer in de schappen. Maar bij het zien van deze reportage van het Deense BoBedre, verlangde ik toch nog even terug naar die heerlijke zomerse dagen. Wat wordt ik hier vrolijk van! Een kraak helder wit interieur met hier en daar accenten van betoverend design! Nog even na-genieten....hmmm....

Kleurpalet: 'Herfst-huis' Kleurpalet: Noors herfst-huis. Veel naturellen gecombineerd met ruwe materialen. Hout met een duidelijke structuur. Dierenhuiden en grote platen natuursteen. Ge-mixed met veel grijstinten voor een verweerd uiterlijk. Rust komt er door het doorlopende strakke witte plafond en het gebruik van uitsluitend aarde tinten.
Color Palette: Norwegian autumn-house. Many natives combined with raw materials. Wood with a clear structure. Animal skins and large stone tiles. Mixed with a lot of grey tones for an outdoor-look. Calmness comes through a continuous tight white ceiling and using exclusively earth tones.
Een Noors 'herfst-huis'. Wat een fantastisch weertje is het toch. Lekker warm ook. En hoe mooi worden toch al die bomen! Heerlijk om nu door het bos te banjeren en te genieten van al die kleuren. Daar vond ik op dit moment wel een goede binnenkijker bij passen. En dan helemaal eentje die helemaal in deze tijd van het jaar thuis hoort. Deze vond ik in het Noorse blad Bolig pluss. Binnen kijken in het huis van 'een' House Doctor. Rikke Juhl Jensen bezit samen met haar jongere broer en zus het Deense bedrijf én is een van de ontwerpers. Haar huis staat dan ook bol van objecten uit huidige en eerdere collecties van House Doctor. Rikke's huis is dan ook eigenlijk haar atelier, haar testkamer. Ze gebruikt haar interieur om objecten 'uit te testen'. Vele kleine stillevens worden geregeld verwisseld voor nieuwe settings. Puur om te kijken hoe de voorwerpen zich 'gedragen'. Veel inspiratie haalt ze uit Azië zoals India. Maar ook Amerikaanse invloeden zie je her en der naar voren piepen. Verder moet haar huis vooral pretentieloos en gezellig zijn! She uses her interior to 'test' the objects. Many small settings are regularly exchanged for new ones. Purely to see how the objects 'behave'. Many inspiration she gets from Asia like India. But also American influences are here and there coming forward. But especially her home has to be unpretentious and cozy! Two principles that we indeed know of House Doctor!

Kleurpalet: Fris appartement met kleur. De basis is wit. Fris helder wit zonder toevoeging. Daar overheen spat het van de heldere bijna fluor kleuren. Maar gedoseerd en ingekaderd. Hierdoor blijft het overzichtelijk en helder. Voor een solide ondergrond en warmte ligt er een houten vloer.
Color Palette: Fresh apartment with color. The base is white. Fresh bright white with no addition. Over it, there is a splash of bright almost fluorescent colors. But dosed and framed. This keeps it simple and clear. A wooden floor brings a solid surface and warmth in the appartment.
Tijd om weer eens bij iemand binnen te kijken. Op de site van het Noorse Interiørmagasinet botste ik op dit wonderlijk frisse appartement van sieraden-ontwerpster Stine A. Johansen. Stine heeft altijd spullen en inspiratiebronnen om zich heen liggen die ze gebruikt voor haar ontwerpen, en die op hun beurt kleur en vorm geven aan haar interieur. De meeste kleuren in haar appartement komen echter voort uit de schilderijen, waarbij het meubilair als een tijdloos palet op de achtergrond fungeert.
Time to look inside again. On the site of the Norwegian Interiørmagasinet I bumped on this wonderfully airy apartment of jewelry-designer Stine A. Johansen. Stine has always stuff and inspirations around her which she uses for her designs. This also shapes her interior in turns of color and shapes. Most colors in her apartment come however from the paintings. The furniture is a timeless palette with a background function.Pedaalemmer ( Vipp), kinderbed zwart ( Sebra), lijstjes groen ( Nordal), Hanglamp Spiral ( Verpan), snijplanken/serveer set ( Menu). Pedal bin (Vipp), children's bed black (Sebra), frames green (Nordal), Pendant Spiral (Verpan), cutting and serving plates (Menu).
Kleurpalet: Papa. Een stoere mix van grijzen met onbewerkt hout. En voor de stralende noot in het geheel, signaal geel!
Color Palette: Daddy. A cool mix of grays with rough wood. And for the bright note in the whole, signal yellow!
O.k. Misschien moet papa even zelf aan de slag. Maar in verband met vaderdag en met, voorlopig, nog een hele sportzomer voor de boeg vond ik dit toch wel een heel passend plaatje. Gevonden op de site van VT-Wonen. Een heerlijk robuuste bank waar je alle kanten mee op kan; tv-kijken, slapen, loungen... Wat wil papa nog meer?! Alright. Maybe dad has to do it himself. But in with Father's Day and, provisionally, a sports summer ahead, I found this rather a very appropriate picture. Found on the site of VT-Wonen. A nice sturdy bench where you can, watch TV, sleeping, lounging ... What does a daddy want more?!
